Risk Warning & Educational Disclaimer
We’re on your side. That means being honest about what trading is and what it isn’t.
The PAT Indicator is an educational tool designed to help you understand market belief and structure. It’s not a crystal ball, a guaranteed path to profit, or a replacement for your own judgment and risk management.
Trading Involves Real Risk
Let’s be clear: trading financial markets carries the risk of financial loss. You can lose some or all of the capital you commit to trading. This isn’t a scare tactic—it’s the reality of speculative markets.
The PAT Indicator helps you read market belief, but belief can shift rapidly. No indicator, strategy, or system can eliminate risk or guarantee profits. Markets are influenced by countless factors—economic data, geopolitical events, institutional flows, and human emotion—many of which are unpredictable.
For Educational Purposes Only
Everything we provide—the PAT Indicator, the manual, supporting materials, and educational content—is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not:
- Financial advice tailored to your personal circumstances
- A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial instrument
- Investment advice or a solicitation to trade
- A guarantee of future results or performance
We teach you how to read belief in the market. What you do with that knowledge is your decision and your responsibility.
Past Performance Is Not Indicative of Future Results
Any examples, case studies, or historical references we share are for educational illustration only. They demonstrate concepts, not predictions. What worked yesterday may not work tomorrow. Market conditions change. Belief structures evolve.
Never assume that past results—whether shown in examples, backtests, or your own historical trades—will repeat in the future.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Before using the PAT Indicator or any trading tool, you should:
- Understand your own risk tolerance — Only risk capital you can afford to lose
- Educate yourself — Learn about the markets you’re trading and the instruments you’re using
- Use proper risk management — Position sizing, stop losses, and capital preservation are non-negotiable
- Start small — Test concepts in demo accounts or with minimal capital before scaling
- Seek professional advice if needed — Consult with a qualified financial advisor about your personal situation
No Guarantees
We make no guarantees about your trading results. We don’t know your experience level, risk tolerance, capital, or psychological makeup. We don’t know which markets you’ll trade, what timeframes you’ll use, or how disciplined you’ll be.
The PAT Indicator shows you what it’s designed to show: belief structure, conviction flow, and potential manipulation. How you interpret that information and act on it is entirely up to you.
Leverage and Complex Instruments
If you trade leveraged instruments (forex, futures, CFDs), you should understand that leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A small adverse move can result in significant losses, potentially exceeding your initial investment.
These instruments are complex and not suitable for everyone. Make sure you fully understand how they work before trading them.
Regulatory Notice
MJC Training Trust and PAT Indicator are educational services. We are not licensed financial advisors, registered investment advisors, or broker-dealers. We do not manage client funds, execute trades on behalf of others, or provide personalized investment advice.
If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific financial regulations, it is your responsibility to ensure you comply with local laws before trading.
Market Data and Technical Issues
The PAT Indicator relies on market data provided by TradingView and your data feed. We are not responsible for:
- Data feed errors, delays, or interruptions
- Technical issues with TradingView or your internet connection
- Indicator calculation errors resulting from corrupt or incomplete data
While we strive to ensure the PAT Indicator functions correctly, no software is perfect. Always verify your data and use multiple sources of information when making trading decisions.
Our Commitment to You
We built the PAT Indicator because we believe most traders are chasing the wrong things—surface patterns instead of underlying belief. Our goal is to give you a better lens through which to view the market.
But a better lens doesn’t guarantee better results. That comes from discipline, risk management, psychological control, and experience. We provide the tool and the education. The rest is up to you.
We’re here to support your education, not to make unrealistic promises. Trade smart, manage risk, and never risk more than you can afford to lose.
